Frequently asked questions
Do I have to commit to working with you to schedule a call?
No. Most first calls are exploratory. The goal is to give you a clear picture of your options, not lock you into a contract.
What if I'm not ready to buy or sell for another 6–12 months?
Even better. Earlier conversations almost always lead to better outcomes — you get to plan instead of react. Ally regularly works with clients on a 6–18 month horizon.
Do you only work in south metro Georgia?
That's the primary focus, but the broader Atlanta metro is fully covered on referral. If you're outside that area, mention it on the call — Ally has a network of trusted agents across Georgia and beyond.
What information should I bring to the call?
Nothing required. If you have a target neighborhood, a price range, a timeline, or a specific home in mind, those help — but most first conversations are about figuring those things out.
